To register with Immaculate Conception Church, please contact the Rectory during office hours or complete the form below.

Please note that we require parish registration for at least a year in order that we might get to know and serve you should you need letters of recommendation, sponsor certificates or testimonial letters. We hope that you will become active members of our parish family but if you should move out of the parish, please notify us. Thank you.
